Shrimp Linguini

  • 16 oz linguini or thin spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs peeled shrimp
  • 1/2 lb vegetable of choice
  • 8 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2/3 cup romano cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • lemon juice



Step 1

cook linguini in a large pot

melt butter in large skillet, add veggie, shrimp, garlic and cook over med-high heat stirring often about 4 minutes.

place linguini in bowl and top with shrimp mixture.

add lemon juice

sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper. toss well and sprinkle with parsley
serve at once
