  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
  • 1 7 OZ CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
  • 1 7 OZ CAN CHOPPED JALEPENO PEPPERS (OPTIONAL)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. BEAT EGGS WITH MILK, FLOUR AND SALT IN MEDIUM BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN CHEESE AND PEPPERS. SPOON INTO 9 X 13 INCH BAKING DISH. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET IN CENTER.
