Simple Baked Fish Fillet in Foil

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of white fish per person, I like Ling or Orange Roughy for this recipe
  • lemon, sliced thinly
  • red onion sliced thinly
  • tomato sliced
  • butter
  • touch of olive oIl
  • salt & pepper
  • all purpose seasoning
  • onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place fish in foil, slice lemon, red onion and tomato and place on top of fish.

Drizzle oil and a tbsp of butter over fish and season with all purpose & onion salt

Cook in oven for approximately 15-20mins, depends on thickness of fish fillet
