Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 rounded TBSP brown sugar
- 1 to 1 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 TBSP olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Allow yeast, br sugar, and honey to bloom in the water for ~5 min. Add in the oil. Add the flour and salt to the bowl of mixer. Slowly add the yeast mixture. Knead for 8 minutes on med-low to med. Allow to rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour. Split into individual pizzas and top. Allow to sit for a few min and bake at 450-degrees about 8-10 min.
