Easy Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soupor Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 package (about 9 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas), thawed
  • 1 cup cubed cooked turkey  or chicken
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix

Preparation

Heat the oven to 400°F.

Step 2
Stir the soup, vegetables, turkey and 1/2 cup milk in a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 3
Stir the remaining milk, the egg and baking mix in a small bowl.  Spread the batter over the turkey mixture.

Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
