Ingredients
- 2 cups Quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Grape nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 2 (7 ounce) bags dried mixed fruit
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Line a 2-9 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray
In a large bowl stir together the oats, flour, cereal and cinnamon.
Add the eggs, applesauce, honey, brown sugar, and maple syrup.
Mix sell.
Stir in the sunflower seeds and dried fruit. Spread mixture evenly in the pans
Bake 30 minutes or until firm and lightly browned around the edges
Let cool
Use the foil to lift from the pan. Cut into bars and store in the fridge
