Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes
- 1 lb slices bacon, cook and drain, save grease
- 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 th c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T. flour
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. green pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes. Bring water, sugar, and vinegar to a boil, add flour to thicken. Chop and mix celery, onion, and pepper. 3 layers: Potato, veggies, pour sauce over top. Bacon on top
