Ingredients

  • 6-8 potatoes
  • 1 lb slices bacon, cook and drain, save grease
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 th c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. green pepper

Step 1

Boil potatoes. Bring water, sugar, and vinegar to a boil, add flour to thicken. Chop and mix celery, onion, and pepper. 3 layers: Potato, veggies, pour sauce over top. Bacon on top
