Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas, or one 15-ounce can, drained and rinsed
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cumin, toasted and ground
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Add water as needed to achieve a smooth consistency.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
