Honey Cake (majestic)

Ingredients

• 3 3/4 C Flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp all spice
• 1 C oil
• 1 C honey
• 1 1/2 C white sugar
• 1/2 C brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 C warm coffee
• 1/2 C oj
• 1/4 C rye/whiskey

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl. whisk flour, baking powder. soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, allspice.

Make a well in the center and add oil, honey, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs,vanilla, coffee (tea/cola), oj, rye/whiskey

Mix all together VERY WELL
Grease pan.
Tube pan 60-80 minutes
