Cocoa Spice Rub

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons coriander
• 1 tablespoon clove
• 1 tablespoon white peppercorn
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons nutmeg
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 tablespoons salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put coriander, clove and peppercorn in dry pan and heat to toast.
2. Put into grinder and grind.
3. Put into bowl.
4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa powder and mix.
5. Add salt and mix.
6. Rub on selected meat.
