On individual sheets of aluminum foil, plave a chicken brest with frozenm Japanese-style vegetables, then splash with a dash ofo orange juice, teriyaki sauce, and grated ginger; fold the foil into a loose packet. Bake at 425 degrees until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Serve with Rice.
