Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. cube steak
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • milk
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
  • 1 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 T. A-1 Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg and milk together. Coat cube steaks in mixture and refrigerate overnight.

Brown in veg. oil until brown on both sides. Place in lightly greased baking dish. Top with mushrooms and onions.

Mix next 4 ingredients together and pour over meat.

Cover and bake at 300 for 2 hrs.
