Red Pepper Tilapia

- 1 lb Tilapia, about 4 fillets
- 2 T. Adams Reserve Rub (HEB)
- 1/2 jar Robert’s Reserve Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Dip (HEB)
- 2 T. Grapeseed or Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
Season fish with rub and set aside.
Heat skillet over medium high heat and add oil. Cook for 2 minutes per side, then spoon dip on top.
Top with feta and warm 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
