Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 minced serrano chiles, stems and seeds removed
- 1/2 chopped tomato
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut avocados in half. Remove seed.
2. Scoop out avacado and put in a mixing bowl.
3. Using a fork, mash the avocado.
4. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lemon, salt and pepper
5. Mash some more.
6. Add the chiles.
7. Before serving, add the tomato and mix.
