Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted buttet
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 can (16-oz) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 can (13-1/2 oz) pineapple chunks
  • 2 large bananas, sliced on diagonal in 1-inch pieces'
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine butter, sugar, and mustard, mixing well.

Remove 1/4 cup for topping.

In a 1 quart csserole combine fruits wih remaining sugar mixture. Toss lightly to combine. Spoon reserved 1/4 cup sugar mixture over top.

Bake uncovered about 40 minutes.
