Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 6-8 Large Peaches (peeled and sliced) (about 7 Cups)
- 3 Cups Milk
- 2 Large Eggs (lightly beatened)
- 12 oz Evaporated Milk
- 2 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 12 oz Peach Nectar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1/2 of the peaches and 1/4 cup of milk and blend until smooth. Put in a medium bowl and repeat with remaining peaches and 1/4 cup of milk and set aside. In a saucepan, combine remaining 2 1/2 cups of milk, eggs, evaporated milk, and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occassionally. Remove from heat. Stir in peach mixture and nectar. Pour into 4-quart freezer containers. Makes 1 gallon.
