Black Bean and Rice Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup Minute® White Rice, uncooked
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup fat free peppercorn ranch dressing
- 2 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Place rice in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.
Serve at room temperature or chill several hours before serving.
