Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup minced green pepper
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients; press against sides an bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees 10 minutes; drain fat. Spread tomato sauce over meat; top with remaining ingredients. Bake 10 minutes longer.
