Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- t teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a Vitamix or other blender and mix thoroughly for 20 seconds.
Store in the refrigerator.
