Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (13 3/4 oz) chicken broth- 1 3/4 cups
- 14 cups white bread (28 slices)
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in butter in skillet. Stir in seasonings and chicken broth and bring to boil. Pour over bread and parsley in large bowl. Toss lightly until evenly moist. Stuff bird!
