Basil Chicken With Tomato-Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 cups bottled alfredo sauce
- 1 pt. grape tomatoes
- Fresh basil (1 1/2 cups lightly packed)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium. Coat with nonstick spray. Add drumsticks and cook about 5 minutes, turning until brown on all sides.
3. Stir in alfredo sauce and the tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 18-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and pulls away from the bones.
4. Stack basil leaves and cut into thin strips. Add to skillet and mix well.
