Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 5 ounces white wine
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 pound grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon corn flower
- 2 tablespoons sherry
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rub pot with garlic.
2. Pour in wine and lemon and heat gently, until bubbling.
3. Reduce heat to low and add curry.
4. Gradually stir in cheese and heat until cheese melts.
5. Blend corn flower with sherry.
6. Stir into cheese mixture and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until thick and smooth.
