STUFFED CABBAGE (Sue's)

Ingredients

  • cabbage
  • ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 3 tbl lemon juice
  • 3 tble brn sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 glass red wine
  • 1/2 bottle beer
  • 1 sm onion minced
  • 1 can red pack tomato bits
  • 1 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

CABBAGE:
in bowl of water place cabbage
microwave 5 mins
Peel leaves. V cut core end out

SAUCE:
on stove mix can of tomato bits,
lemon juice, brn sugar, allspice,
raisins,cook and keep tasting for
correct sweet & sour
MEAT:
in bowl mix meat rice raisins & a
little bit of sauce, eggs
ASSEMBLE:
lay leaf flat, put little bit of
meat in middle, fold in sides,
then roll up
Place in pressure cooker
Cook for 20 mins vent
check for softness if needed
cook another 20 mins.
