- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 pound semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 pound dark chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon hot coffee
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 35mins
1. Chop chocolate finely.
2. Heat cream, until just boiling.
3. In bowl, pour heated cream over chocolate.
4. Slowly stir with a whisk until chocolate melts.
5. When smooth, add vanilla and coffee and whisk together.
6. Let stand until firm.
7. Form into ball and roll in nuts, cocoa, powdered sugar, etc.
