Chinese Chewies

  • 6 oz Butterscotch Pieces
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 oz Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 Cup Miniature Marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium sauce pan, heat butterscotch and peanut butter on low for 6 minutes or until melted. Remove from heat. Add noodles and marshmallows and stir well. Drop 1 teaspoon at a time on wax paper and let stand until firm.
