Bratwurst Hash

Ingredients

• Bratwurst 2 pkg
• Baking Potatoes 2 lg
• frozen sweet corn 1 bg
• frozen chopped green pepper 1 bg
• red bell pepper 1
• orange bell pepper 1
• shredded cheese of your choice
• seasoning salt 1 tsp

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bratwurst into bite size pieces
dice potatoes
in large skillet cook brats until well browned
add potatoes, corn, green pepper
cover with lid
cook 12-15 min until potatoes are tender

stir in bell pepper & seasoning salt

top with cheese
