Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 heaping cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk

Step 1
Add flour, shortening, and salt. Mix with a fork until dough is flaky/crumbly.
Beat egg and add vinegar in a bowl.
Mix milk with egg and vinegar.
Add egg mixture slowly to flour mixture with fork.
If when you knead dough it does not stick together, add more milk.
Makes about 5 crusts. Roll into balls and freeze individually.
