Ingredients
- 1 bar(3 1/2 ounces) bittersweet chocolate
- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg.(2.8 ounces)instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup whole pecans

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place chocolate in a Ziploc bag, and pound with a meat tenderizer until bite size pieces.
3. Cream the margarine and sugar. Add all ingredients and nuts and chocolate last. Do not over mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 9 minutes. Do not over bake. They will get firmer when they cool.
