bar(3½ ounces) bittersweet chocolate
cup firmly packed brown sugar
tsp. pure vanilla extract
tsp. baking soda
pkg.(2.8 ounces)instant vanilla pudding
cup whole pecans
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Place chocolate in a Ziploc bag, and pound with a meat tenderizer until bite size pieces. 3. Cream the margarine and sugar. Add all ingredients and nuts and chocolate last. Do not over mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 9 minutes. Do not over bake. They will get firmer when they cool.
