Ingredients

• 1/2 c mayo
• 3 T teriyaki sauce
• 1/4 tsp wasabi paste (optional)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• Salmon fillet

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, combine mayo, teriyaki sauce and wasabi.
Place salmon on large piece of foil and spread mayo mixture over the top.
Top with green pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold foil around food and seal into a packet.
Grill for 10-15 mins or until fish flakes easily
