Ingredients
- 1 T Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T paprika
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 4 chops
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all seasoning ingredients together until thoroughly combines. Rinse pork chops and sprinkle wet chops on both sides with spice mixture. With hands massage rub into meat and allow to stand for 10 mins
Grill until chops have internal temp of 145. Allow to stand 10 minutes more before serving
