Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • Hoisin Sauce 3 TB
  • Maple Syrup 3 TB
  • Brown Mustard 1 TB
  • Salmon Fillet 4 6oz each

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine hoisin, syrup and mustard - set aside
place salmon skin side down on a greased pan

cook salmon in 425 oven for 4 min

brush the sauce over fish

cook 7-10 more min or until fish flakes easily with a fork
