Ingredients
- 4 C Ricotta Cheese
- 1 C Marscapone Cheese
- 5 Eggs
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Dark Rum
- Zest from 1 Lemon
- and 1 Orange
- 10 Armaretto Cookies
- Crushed for crust
Preparation
Step 1
Bake 350º 9 or 10" Spring form pan.
Preheat oven.
Crush the cookies and lay them
in a Greased pan.
Mix on high speed eggs, sugar
and salt. Turn mixer to medium
speed and add both cheeses. Blend
well. Add rum and zest from lemon
and orange. Mix good.
Pour onto cookies in pan.
Bake 1 Hour to 1:20 minutes.
