Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- oregano
- rosemary
- Italian season
- 1 pint ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 box lasagna
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and onions.
In a saucepan, combine tomato paste, tomato sauce stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, rosemary, Italian seasoning. Cook for 1/2 hour.
Boil lasagna noodles.
Put sauce on bottom of 9x13. Then layer noodles, sauce, mozzarella, ricotta - repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
