Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 avocadoes
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp rotel tomatoes, drained (save juice)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut open avocadoes. With a spoon, scoop out into a bowl. Mash with a potato masher. Once mashed, stir in garlic powder, sour cream, onion powder, and rotels. After mixed, stir in 1/4 cup of rotel juice. Mix thoroughly and then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
