Ingredients
- 1 lb Penne
- 1 pkg Knorr pesto
- 2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 1/4-1/2 lb sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbs Lawrey's seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cook penne according to package instructions.
Prepare pesto packet according to packet instructions.
Cut sun-dried tomatoes and simmer in the pesto.
Pound and cube chicken. Mix together flour and seasoning salt. Dredge chicken in the mixture.
Saute chicken in butter and olive oil until done.
Mix everything together.
