- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons brandy, (opt)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook apricots in water for about 30 minutes, until tender. Add sugar and brandy and cook gently for 7-10 minutes more. Cool.
