Ingredients
- Splash Milk
- Eggs - 1 dozen
- Thick sliced bread
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl mix eggs and milk
dip bread in egg mix
spray frying pan
place bread in hot pan
allow to lightly brown then flip and brown the other side
top with butter or honey
Add salt & pepper to the left over egg mix and scramble
serve with fried pablano peppers & link sausage
