Easy Butter Cake

  • 1 package plain white cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour two 8 or 9" round cake pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place cake mix, milk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl and blend on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter between prepared pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until cake tests done. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack, then turn out and cool completely.
