Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes about 5 dozen

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 cup crisco
• 3/4 cups sugar
• 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 1 bag nestle choc.chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Combine: flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat crisco, gran.sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in four mixture. Stir in choc.chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 9-11 mnutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
