Garlic-Chive Whipped Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
  • 1 to 2 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients until blended. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
Yield: 1/2 cup.
