Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1-1/2 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 ounces white wine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 ounces green chilis
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix flour with chili powder.
2. Toss flour over cheese.
3. Pour wine into pot and cover with cheese.
4. Place garlic and green chilies over cheese.
5. Do not stir until cheese has begun to melt.
6. Melt cheese, stirring occasionally.
