  • 2 tsps. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 6 (8") soft taco size tortillas
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mexican blend cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and chili powder over medium-high heat, drain grease.

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, salsa, and cooked ground beef.

In 13 x 9" baking dish, arrange 3 tortillas overlapping layers. Evenly spread 1/2 of meat mixture, then 1/2 of the cheese; repeat layers.

Bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
