Peach Soup

  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen peach slices, thawed, reserving 1/2 cup peach slices
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1

Put peaches, pineapple juice, orange juice and sugar in blender container or food processor; process till smooth.

Add sour cream, half and half, wine, lemon juice and cinnamon. Blend till smooth and creamy.

Pour into large bowl.

Cut reserved 1/2 cup peach slices into chunks.

Stir into blended mixture.

Cover and refrigerate till serving time.
