Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage ( quartered)
- corned beef
- beer
- brown sugar
- white potates
- carrots
- mustard
Preparation
Step 1
SOAK CORNED BEEF:
Purchase corned beef with spices 2
days before. Day 1-rinse in cold
water and soak over night in
refigerator over night, changing
to fresh water about every hr
Day 2- now soak overnight in
red wine in the refigerator
COOK:
place corned beef in pressure
cooker cover with beer, add
brn sugar 2 tbl mustard
cook 20 mins
Slice, taste if soft enough done
if not put back in (sliced)
for 10 min
VEG:
in pressure cooker with same
liquid from corned beef
place carrots, and quartered
potatoes
Cook for 10 min
