Italian Coffee Cake (Terry Suhre)

Ingredients

• To rest of mixture add:
• 2 sticks butter
• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• Mix this all together and take out 1 cup of mixture for top of cake.
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk with 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Pour batter in 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
