Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1.5 sticks of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Large box raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 20 oz pkg frozen raspberries, slightly thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients and press into 9x13 pan.
Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool

Cream sugar and cream cheese with mixer; add cool whip and spread on cooled crust.

Combine jello and water. Add raspberries. Let set slightly. Spread on second layer and refrigerate.
