Southern-Style Fish Fillets *(GOOD)*

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons pure vegetable oil
  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Saute celery and onion in oil in 10-inch skillet; move to outer edge. Add fillets, saute lightly on both sides. Add remaining ingredients; mix with vegetables and spoon around and over fillets. Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes until fish is done.
