- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 deep dish pie shell (uncooked)
- 1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage. Drain and set aside. Sprinkle cheese into pie shell. Add eggs to milk and mix well. Pour over cheese. Add sausage. Bake for 1 hour or until lightly browned. May be mixed and put in pie shell the night before.
