Ingredients
- Yellow Squash 1
- Zucchini 1
- Red onion 1 small
- Bell Pepper 2
- Cauliflower 1 C
- Broccoli 1 C
- Carrots sliced thin - 1 C
- butter 2 TB
- garlic salt 1/2 tsp
- pepper 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 C
Preparation
Step 1
slice all veggies
in large skillet add butter then saute the onion until clear
add the rest of the veggies - cover with lid
cook 8-10 min - veggies should be crisp tender not soggy
stir in seasoning & cheese
this dish goes well with Italian Steaks
